Birth Doula Support
2 Prenatal Visits + Full Labor Support
Ideal for families seeking minimal prenatal guidance with maximum labor support, this package includes two visits starting at 32 weeks and again at 36 weeks. During these visits, we will explore your birth goals and go over practical comfort measures for labor. After our 36-week visit, I am on-call 24/7 until labor begins, prepared to be there when you need me most. I provide 1–2 hours of support after birth and visit you the following day to ensure everything is going smoothly and you feel confident in those first precious moments.
Postpartum Support
This includes four visits, which follow a few days after delivery and continue weekly for one month. I am here to help wherever you need it most, whether it’s newborn care, like bathing, soothing, and feeding guidance, or supporting you in your own recovery with gentle encouragement and emotional reassurance. I also assist with family care/helping siblings adjust during this transition. Additionally, I offer light home care, such as tidying, meal prep, and keeping your space cozy and calm, allowing you to focus on bonding with your baby. If you desire extra support, additional days can be added to extend your care and ensure you feel nurtured and confident during this special time.
